I had a great stay in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with many sockets and the best shower I had in Vietnam. The staff was nice, polite, and very helpful. They had a good motorbike rental service and a travel agency next door. The location was good, not too far from the main square and with easy access to transportation.
Nothing to be said.

The hotel's location is fairly convenient and close to tour operators. the rooms are quiet and some have great shower heads. the staff is friendly and helpful, with a travel agency next door. the WiFi drops out and isn't too fast. There are no towels provided initially.
The language barrier can make it difficult to communicate with staff about any issues.

During my Easter break, I had the pleasure of staying at a new hotel that offering new and shiny facilities with the best shower I have ever encountered. I enjoyed the comfortable room with lots of sockets, and the politeness of the staff made me feel welcome. The key location of the hotel allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area with a good motorbike rental. , I appreciated the two free bottles of water provided daily.
One thing I didn't appreciate was the language barrier, which was a little difficult for conversation to flow smoothly. the noise level was disturbing since the windows of the room looked down on the reception area, which was still lit at night.

the bathrooms were one of the best I've seen in Vietnam. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to the town square and nearby tourist spots. the staff was very helpful and owned a travel agency next door that helped with our tours.
The staff had a limited grasp of the English language which caused some difficulty in communication. the hotel was quite noisy, especially in the early morning, as staff members talked loudly in the hallways.
